It is not true in all cases, but a woman with a hyphenated last name is almost always a moonbat. And if her husband does the hyphenated last name thing it is because she wears his family jewels as earrings.

It is interesting because in verse 19, there were 450 prophets of Baal ("lord"), and 400 of the groves (Asherah goddess) who dined at Jezebel's table. Obvious masculine-feminine contrast there.
But then Elijah told people to make up their minds, to follow either the Lord, or Baal.

I think people in England do something like that (no surprise; they also still have a queen). If I was considering marriage today that would be a deal killer; my wife took my last name and there was no discussion about it at all.
