I found one in my driveway last week, an Insulin syringe. No one in our family uses them. It could have been there for thirty years. Still sharp. i took pliers and broke off the needle before throwing it away.
Who buys blankets from the Dollar Store? I didn’t think they even sold blankets there. Probably see-thru and tissue thin. Unfortunately, it’s not that uncommon to see a discarded syringe in public areas.
One should just bring it to the managers’ attention and chose another blanket. Stuff happens in cities of any size.
