Who is saying he has an 80% rate?
I am. I listen to his weekly forecast and then check them off. He misses if he is over 200 miles off or a magnitude off. Check for yourself, it’s not hard. I’ve read several comments from people that have been watching him much longer than me that put his accuracy at a higher percentage with much better research than me.
