It must be awful trying to plan things sometimes!

Yikes.

I finally got the mulch on my onions. I have shredded redwood on one bed and leaves on the other.

I pruned my nonproductive grapevines, trimmed all the rosebushes, pulled some weeds and ran the weedeater over what’s left of the asparagus in order to tidy up the little backyard.

I’ll probably throw some straw over the hugelkultur bed tomorrow if it doesn’t rain.

Probably done with gardening until spring.

I’ll be sewing, quilting and making socks now. :)
