Do you approve of this type of behavior being pushed on everyone in our society.

Where, at any time, did I say I approved of it?

No, of course I do not approve of it.

Nor do I approve of the nasty obscene rap music that blasts from the windows of the cretins that choose to listen to that, nor do I approve of the trashy spectacle that some of the younger "pop" culture singers put out, nor do I approve of the zombied-out children that walk around watching dubious things on a iphone, or tweeting back and forth to pedophiles and sexual abusers.

What I do feel strongly about is hypocrites...on either side.

Would you approve a "F" Hillary display?

I would hope not, but you'd still realize that the 1st Amendment applies to ALL, not just to those that you or I approve or do not approve of.

The use of that word is offensive to me, but it is more offensive to me for the chief law enforcement officer of a county to "talk" to someone that has it displayed on their vehicle.

Remember the "Don't like my driving? Call 1-800-EAT SHIT!" and how it was "banned" arbitrarily by some police officers...some even forcing people to scrape it off their bumper?

What does that say about what we've become?

Yes...we have problems...but a police state is the last thing I want to solve it.

So prosecute him for Disorderly Conduct.

It has already been addressed at a much higher level of the justice system than a county prosecutor.

If the cretin took it as far as he could, I have no doubt that he would prevail.

I am rabidly patriotic.

Don't care if you believe that or not...but I assure you, if you wanted to display a "F" Hillary sticker, I'd defend your 1st Amendment right just as vociferously.

And like it or not, not every one is offended by the word, in and of itself and the offense springs from who is being to told to go "F" themselves.

I said in my previous post that it was a closed subject, but you chose to interpret my defense of the US Constitution as a defense of the word, the obscenity itself.

Nothing is further from the truth.

We defeat these type of cretins in the voting booth...as we did in November of 2016.

But they are not going to go away just because of that one election, but curtailing any right enumerated in the US Constitution in an attempt to fight them...means we have lost.

I think the offense springs from not wanting certain members of society, such as children, being exposed to vulgarity. That seems to be a quaint notion lately.
