Abelino Reyna, the McLennan County Texas District Attorney with the courtroom manner of an infomercial salesman, announced today that his strategy for winning the Twin Peaks case is to do the same thing over and over until he gets s different result.
Reyna, just spent 30 months prosecuting Dallas Bandido Christopher Jacob Carrizal for conspiring to murder nine people, conspiring to wound 18 more and leading a criminal street gang exactly like the Bloods and the Crips. The prosecution sort of culminated in a five-week-long trial that ended with a hung jury. Multiple reports after the jury was dismissed said that about nine of the jurors were in favor of acquittal. During deliberations, the jury foreman told Judge Matt Johnson that the jurors who insisted on a conviction refused to consider the evidence presented in the case.
Carrizals Crimes
That evidence proved that members of the Cossacks Motorcycle Club ambushed Carrizal and others as they tried to park near the Twin Peaks restaurant in order to attend a political meeting and that the Bandidos had no practical means of escape. The prosecution spent more than three weeks attempting to convince the jury that Carrizal got up that morning with a guilty mind knowing that the Cossacks were going to try to kill him, his father and his uncle but he rode his motorcycle to Waco anyway because he is stupid and arrogant.

IBTG.
This is a big day for me. Rarely am I IBTG.
Reyna’s attempt to put the “Fat Meskin”(Bandido patch) on trial seems to be a loser.
She was pretty unhinged yesterday.
Perhaps her family had to sedate her.
She is pretty much a carbon copy of Nifong’s true believers .
Whatever those motorcyclists at the breastaurant did it was bad enough.
Dear Aging Rebel,
It is difficult to take an article at face value (no matter how well researched) when the writer doesn’t know the difference between the words “confident” and “confidante”, so instead of checking for the correct word, ‘splits the difference’ with “confidant”.
Lazy and unprofessional, causing doubt regarding the accuracy of the report.
