Why? Do these immunity deals apply today?

Usually one receives immunity for testifying against another person. Such was not the case here. Further, these witnesses were allowed to destroy evidence as part of this immunity.

Why give so much immunity if no crimes were committed?

Why cut loose little fish if you aren’t going after bigger fish?

Why tolerate the biggest fish’s lies and disrespectful mocking answers about wiping servers with rags?

As immunity against prosecution, the grants seem to apply. So they cannot be prosecuted. However, my understanding is that immunity now requires them to testify (since they cannot be prosecuted) and if they refuse to give testimony they will be cited for contempt. They are not immune from contempt charges.

This seems to mean they may be required to testify against Hillary and Bill.

As I recall, Mills was given immunity because she was ostensibly Clinton’s lawyer...but she really wasn’t. These immunity deals stunk to high heaven.
