Why? Do these immunity deals apply today?
To: Oldeconomybuyer
These deals are evidence that the investigation was criminally compromised.

Usually one receives immunity for testifying against another person. Such was not the case here. Further, these witnesses were allowed to destroy evidence as part of this immunity.

What does that deal have to do with uranium is my question.

Why give so much immunity if no crimes were committed?
Why cut loose little fish if you aren’t going after bigger fish?
Why tolerate the biggest fish’s lies and disrespectful mocking answers about wiping servers with rags?

President Trump needs to read 1 Kings chapter 2.

The DOJ is a corrupt cesspool and Sessions is doing nothing to reverse the damage done by Holder/Lynch. His appointment will go down as President Trump’s biggest mistake.

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either satire or opinion. Or both.)

As immunity against prosecution, the grants seem to apply. So they cannot be prosecuted. However, my understanding is that immunity now requires them to testify (since they cannot be prosecuted) and if they refuse to give testimony they will be cited for contempt. They are not immune from contempt charges.
This seems to mean they may be required to testify against Hillary and Bill.

As I recall, Mills was given immunity because she was ostensibly Clinton’s lawyer...but she really wasn’t. These immunity deals stunk to high heaven.
To: Rapscallion
I was just going to post the exact same thing - thank you for saving me the trouble.
Yup. Get them all on the witness stand under oath. One lie and they can be imprisoned. Immunity is only for the case with Hillary.
Go for it.
