Strange. Several years ago she stepped out on her way to a function and at the time - there was an article w/photos of her and her slippers. Believe it was a gala affair and her shoes did look forlorn and unkempt, as did those of her hubby. Years later they look the same? Just surprised she still wears shoes which had seen the worse for wear years ago.

Her shoes look fine to me, they are hardly “tattered.”
Since Clinton Foundation money paid for her designer shoes instead of Haitian hurricane victims, she should wear them until they’re worn out.
Chelsea probably had surgery and liposuction on her lower legs so she wouldn’t have horrifying kankles.
