For the most part the same common sense we have used for the past couple of millennia should still be applied, but the introduction of women to the general workplace is a genuinely new complication, which shuould apply equally to either gender.
So its easy to say any "forceful" advances are off limits, but I am at a loss when it comes to more subtle ones ...

Women have been in the workforce since WWII, it’s not a new complication. And really the only thing men need to learn is: don’t be sleazy about it, and don’t require more than 1 rejection per woman. Those are the rules these guys are getting busted for violating.
