There is no one person and names that are not commonly heard are the puppet masters. There are very rich families in the world that have control of various factions and even some countries whose name(s) you will never hear of or find with research. I have close friends that are serious players in the high end security business. They have clients that they will not discuss or even acknowledge. The Clinton’s are visible tools and truly bit players on the stage.

They had the political power (now gone) and were quickly amassing the wealth but it takes generations of family connections to make it into the ruling families. Only their family connections keep them from being murdered for the immense wealth. And look at what the Clintons ended up with for family. Chelsea Clinton! LOL

And the Bushes, they made it three generations into the game and then they tapped out. G.W leaving only worthless daughters. Jeb "Tippy-Toes" Bush was the death knell for them. Thank God.
