Deacon said Moore provided her alcoholic beverages even though, at age 18, she was too young to drink under Alabama law. Moore denied that he bought underage girls alcohol.

Even if you assume this happened:
A) Did she misrepresent her age by a few months? [Are you supposed to “card” all your dates?] Alabama law was age 19 then.
B) Was the law about consuming by, or purchasing for? Moore probably knew about that.

Yep, these are textbook Alinsky tactics.

She was born May 1960.

Dating: She was going to college at the time and was a cheer leader.

Moore said Etowah County was dry at the time. So if they went to a restaurant like they said....and they had drinks....kinda makes her a liar.

A little research will go a long ways on clearing this up.

Looking for law saying it was dry.

Problem with the booze angle is that they lived in a dry county and nobody sold booze.
