TWD was typically schizophrenic in that everyone was either becoming hardened because of the apocalypse or reverting back to pre-apocalypse mores. How many time is Morgan going to go crazy? And how many times do we need to listen to a speech by someone like Morales before it’s pretty certain that Rick and his crew is trying really hard to maintain civility while the world crumbles? He isn’t the governor and he isn’t Negan. There is a BIG difference.

Another thoroughly stupid episode. This is quickly becoming like Fear The Walking Dead to me. Because I live in Spain with a 6 hour time difference I watch the show on Monday morning after I download it from one of my torrent sites. In the beginning, I would wake up and head right to the computer to start downloading the latest episode. Now it can be days before I remember I was supposed to watch it and if I missed it completely I wouldn’t care.

When dead things start walking around and try to eat you, you must have a Shane/Daryl/Negan/CrazyMorgan mentality.

IMHO, they have made a HUGE mistake. They allowed that sniveling old, drunkard governor back in. They also allowed a large group of Saviors in as well. My prediction: the Governor will free the Saviors and they’ll attack Hill Top. I understand that the different groups may have differences towards the “morality” issues like if someone surrenders or perhaps saving younger people/women (who they feel are victims vs real soldiers for Neegan. I think this concept was discussed beforehand (I may be wrong). When Jesus stated that they will have to have a peace with “these people” after the war... he should have emphasized AFTER the war. A peace could be worked out when the “We are Neegan” folks are dead and the remaining people don’t have the numbers or the fire power.
It didn’t show them scavenging any of the weapons either.
Just call it “Call of Duty: The Walking Dead.” Endless shooting with a few breaks for insipid conversation— and I even skipped that when it involved Luvvy saying goodbye to his buttbuddy. “jesus” is an idiot. Morgan should have killed that smug dude on the road and said to “jesus,” “Yeah, what are you gonna do about it?”
