I feel your pain. I never listen to my old CD’s anymore because all my favorites are now on mp3, but it’s hard to part with them. Same with my vinyl records.

I don’t do ipods or mp3 or anything like that...cd’s are my collection....quality stays well....

Try selling 230,000 CDs for $8,000... 381 1.5cf boxes weighing 60 pounds each. (should have tried for 12...)

CDs are already in digital format and are easy to rip to mp3 or flac format. I still prefer to buy CDs and rip them rather than buy music on iTunes and be forced to accept all of the restrictions imposed by their DRM.
