I always find actors to be a generally very pleasant group. Always have. They are generally not overly educated and that makes them seem stupid to people.

It seems to me that actors have a lower tolerance for modesty than most people. I'm thinking about them becoming desensitized to various states of undress from a career of costume quick changes in the wings of stages, and how maybe that translates into a certain, shall we say, forwardness towards others who are new to the clique?
