Where did you get this quote about the 12-min mark?
In any case, I did hear the part on the YouTube I just linked to above where the officer tells her that he initially wasn’t going to give her a summons for driving 13 mph over the speed limit (4-points on her license), but then she just kept rambling on and on, so he did write her the speeding ticket.
Had no idea about the 2nd officer on the scene being the nephew of her political opponent! Lol!
