NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (AP) — A Southern California man who got less than the maximum sentence for sodomizing a 3-year-old girl has been told he'll spend 25 years to life in prison.
The Orange County Register reports that a judge agreed Friday to delay re-sentencing for 22-year-old Kevin Rojano-Nieto until January but said he'll receive the mandatory sentence.
Rojano-Nieto was convicted of molesting a relative in a Santa Ana garage in 2014.

He’ll get that in prison, given he’s a child molester, or “short eyes”, the lowest level on the totem pole of scum categories in prison. He may not live out his sentence. Poor, dumb, sick, evil bastard.

I have a 3 year old girl that is the light of my life. I wish I could take a knife and stab this mother#er in the face until he was dead.
Nope...but was way better than the 10 years the other judge tried to give him.
Most pervs get 10 years probation.
and he will be given the same treatment by every con in the joint.

I wonder if this case was given the attention it was b/c of John & Ken. I assume so.
Same with the Kelly Thomas case in Orange county. I hadn’t even heard about it until John & Ken started talking about it - and I live locally and subscribe to two local newspapers.

His companero's in prison will laugh and say "hey, you got the little puta - cool!"
