Most people spend countless hours in the gym to get abs of steel.
But Human Ken Doll Rod Alves took great pleasure in flaunting his surgically enhanced midsection as he went makeup shopping in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The macho man looked as proud as punch as he showed off his $29,000 abs of plastic as he minced around the upmarket Calabasas area.
A trend-setter as always, he opted to wear a hooded top backwards, a pair of barely there shorts that showcased his delicate pins, and a pair of his trademark hideous designer slippers.
Plastics Of Hollywood personality has spent a whopping $400,000 on surgery over the years, earning himself the nickname The Human Ken Doll.

I’ve seen that guy on tv’s “Botched” (about failed plastic surgeries and their repairs).
The two surgeons won’t touch the guy because of all his crazy ideas to improve his looks.

Something is wrong with his head size and shape. It seems too big for his body. It is like he had a Frankenstein head transplant. Totally weird proportions for a human being. He truly looks plastic.
