I admit that it could be wishful thinking on my part, but I used to become exasperated with him because he was so disappointing. I think the public criticism by the president was part of the ruse....letting the dems think this White House is in turmoil and Sessions is incompetent may have let them be a little lax. Time will tell.

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions is throwing his weight behind a Los Angeles community college student who is suing his campus, claiming administrators violated his free speech rights.
On Tuesday, Sessions issued a 21-page statement of interest in support of the federal lawsuit filed by Pierce College student Kevin Shaw in March. The suit alleges that administrators stopped Shaw from handing out Spanish language copies of the U.S. Constitution. Shaw said he was told he could only do so in a designated free speech area, with permission, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The statement of interest comes as the federal judge overseeing the Shaw’s lawsuit is scheduled, next month, to hear college administrators’ request to dismiss the case.
It *is* a big and important issue.
It strikes at one the major bases for formation of leftist’s support, colleges and universities.
I think tonight, of all nights, we might just want to cut Sessions a little bit of slack...just saying

Mr Sessions is doing just fine. By officially staying out of all the Russian mess and surreptiously steering the real scandal to the press through and to Mueller he is getting it out there as if from Mueller and it is much more difficult for the MSM to refute it by ignoring or ridiculing it. Their own guy and their own lawyer hit men team are the ones now credited with bringing this all to light. Denying it now is obviously disingenuous and plainly bullshit and much more difficult to wash it and wish it away .
A special is not needed. Hillary was in very clear violation of many laws, many times.
