Is "Cultural Appropriation" an actual crime, on the books, anywhere?
Or is it, as I suspect, a completely made up offense, by the Left, who feign outrage at every little thing, while they themselves aim to be as outrageous as possible, deliberately breaking every old fashioned rule.
