Clark County Office of the Coroner is "On Lockdown at least until the rest of the week, this has never happened before".
The staffer answering the front door of the Las Vegas Coroner, Laurie Downey, will only hand over a card listing the general number for the county of the Cornoner.
Las Vegas Police Department units are stationed at each side of the building in order to control the situation.
Staffers will not answer questions regarding why the Conorner is appointed, not elected. Staffers will name the individual responsible for declaring the Cononer Lockdown.
Staffers will not verbally commit to any date enumerating the end of The Lockdown.
or maybe las vegas city government is really incompetent, and maybe their police department has no experience in investigating mass shooting incidents where half of their annual murder rate is packed into a single hour. and maybe none of these sin-city officials are used to the glare national spotlight.
. . . and so maybe these stupid, unprepared, stage frightened, overburdened people say and do stupid stuff, just like unprepared, overburdened people are wont to do. then throw in the usual suspects trying to foment hysteria because they gain profit or prominence from it, and VIOLA — you have an explanation for everything we’ve seen that doesn’t require a medium sized army of conspirators.

As to the coroner bring mum about autopsies that is not a surprise. MEs struggle to keep info in house all the time. Does this seem extreme? Yeah. I am not willing yet to ascribe bad motive

He’s hiding out in the coroner’s office so he won’t get offed lie that other coroner was. Who was that other guy? Breitbarts?
And the untimely death of the cell phone guy (or whomever it was) and his disabled daughter.
It’s a lot easier to keep mum when coincidentally just months earlier you got a bill passed not to release minors’ autopsy reports like that wackadoodle coroner did in Sandy Hook.

One wonders at what point the skeptic’s eyes will be opened. I understand the hesitation, though. Recognizing ugly truth stunningly changes one’s perspective.

Perhaps the coroner removed and found proof of multiple caliber bullets suggesting more than one shooter?
Didn’t Paddock use multiple weapons?
Perhaps pistol caliber rounds/gun shot residue on some of the victims suggesting something more up-close and personal on some victims?

Yes, but if ballistics shows some of the rounds came from guns that were not in the hotel room what does that imply?
Keep in mind that in America it's ALWAYS a lone gunman. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS
Whether or not there was some sort of conspiracy behind the shooter, leading up to the shooting; once the shooting happened I know there is a big conspiracy now. The big conspiracy now is to protect Mandalay Bay and other casinos from the fall out at all costs. The players are the casino industry, Vegas political power all the way down to LVMPD, and coroner. The wagons were circled for that before the smoke cleared. The payoff will be huge for those that “did the right thing” for the casinos when the shooting happened, whatever that may have been.
Whatever actually happened will never be known in my opinion, the big conspiracy is about the cover up at this point. It is far more important for Vegas for this to be swept under the rug no matter what. If it was uncovered this was far more than one guy going off the beam- it is not in their best interests for it to all come out. Response is being questioned and they don’t want any questions and we should not expect any answers. The only answers we will get will be those that show the casino in the best light- no matter how far from the truth that may actually be.
A man that worked security in several Vegas casinos said he found that security there is all about the money; protection of the people- employees, hotel guests, visitors- is not part of the actual equation. Money over people, always. I believe that.
