So any woman can wait 14 years or 24 years and make an allegation of rape against any man. No physical evidence obviously.

If it was me, I would refuse to answer any questions under my 5th amendment right against self-incrimination. Of course, this supposedly occurred in the UK so I don’t know if a similar thing exists.
