“The document dump “will simply fuel a new generation of conspiracy theories,” write Philip Shenon and Larry J. Sabato.”

writes the CIA, under the bylines of alleged CIA MSM disinformation assets Philip Shenon and Larry J. Sabato.

There, fixed it. :-)

“Larry J. Sabato”
The professor couldn’t accurately predict the outcome of a Globetrotters-Generals game.

The missing minutes of the Watergate Tapes is right after Nixon is talking about how this stupid burglary will bring up “the whole Cuban thing...”

Several of the Watergate burglars were Cubans involved in the Bay of Pigs, with probable (proven?) CIA training/involvement. I imagine that sort of thing was already fairly well known by those “in the know”. I wonder what else the Cubans/CIA/State/Failed Bay of Pigs Fiasco might have ties to that was not known - even at the highest levels?

And not saying that Nixon had anything to do with the Assassination - but he had already tried to keep the U.S. on a good and powerful status by trying to prevent the Pentagon Papers from being released and/or as credible. Even though those papers were created during the Johnson years. (He could have perhaps even used them in his political favor - to show the errors of the Johnson Administration). What else might Nixon try to hide to keep from tarnishing the American image?

A quote from 2016 JFK forum...

“November [2016] saw the publication of two breakthrough books on the assassination of JFK:

Larry Hancock’s -”Someone Would Have Talked”

Fabian Escalante’s - “JFK: The Cuba Files,
the Untold Story of the Plot to Kill Kennedy”...

...It is an interesting story, but much of it will not surprise members of this forum, as it
provides evidence that JFK was assassinated as a result of a conspiracy, organized by
the CIA and involving anti-Castro militants, in order to initiate an invasion of Cuba.

The names of the shooters are irrelevant. For those Parlor Gamers out there contemplating
all the “false mystery” of the JFK case — stick a fork in it.
This case is cracked.

The idea that LBJ and Hoover covered this up because they feared if the real assassins were discovered, it would lead to WWIII is absurb for anyone who knows anything about politics or foreign policy in the 1960s. LBJ and Hoover knew that the case against Castro would never stand up under any proper investigation. What would be revealed was that someone was trying to set up Castro?

As Escalante points out in his book, only the CIA had the ability to do this. Only LBJ and the FBI had the means to cover this fact up. This is the issue that the House Select Committee on Assassinations refused to look into.”
