Then alert the flight attendants that something is seriously wrong with a passenger.
The victim just won the lottery. United will quickly settle.
Why didn’t he go to the restroom and wash his pants? He did not have to sit on the whole flight that way. And why is he filing a lawsuit against the airline? They did not pee on him.
The takeoff was at Los Angeles so the flight length was about 5 hours, so the ‘victim’ had that time to sit with his odious clothing. I can understand the flight crew, busy with the takeoff procedures, not moving the victim immediately but him having to make multiple requests probably is more due to the passenger loading and putting the victim in a seat that can offend even more passengers. Logical BUT shows why flying cattle car is no longer very attractive.
I witnessed a similar event some years ago on a London to DC flight. A “drunken” Moslem stood & urinated on a person next to him. He summarily chastised with multiple closed fists and other blunt objects placed on and around his face and head. He was then offered a floor seat where he was locked in the forward and upright position somewhere near the rear of the 747 for the remainder of the transatlantic flight.
Too bad the same result was not offered to the scumbum on this flight.
