Jeff Feckless is simply a coward at best, and a traitor at worst.

In my opinion, Sessions is keeping the long standing unwritten rule of not prosecuting the previous administration for any crimes which means, he is at least, part swamp creature.

Something is very strange. He needs to answer some tough questions. But none in the media seem to be asking them.

What I don’t understand is, OK, damage was done with the Awans on congressional staff. And I don’t mean that lightly, this could be one of the largest espionage cases in US history. It certainly is in terms of the volume of material, though perhaps not in terms of the sensitivity of it. So the story is, that this information was bucket-brigaded off to Paki intelligence and not retained by the Awans. Call me skeptical. They did not sit down at DWS’ computer and hose the information directly to Pakistan. They downloaded it onto devices they owned and transferred it to Pakistan at later times. The assumption can be reasonably made that some of that material stuck around. Even if the Awans were assiduous about cleansing their own gear, the FBI et al should be making their lives extremely difficult and putting them up against a wall of fear like they are doing with Manafort. You see it? I don’t.

There is no credible Federal (or other) investigative agency that would make the assumption that the information was relayed without retention. They should be vigorously locking down every computer within reach of these people, seizing it/them, and analyzing them for clues or purloined information. If the Awans can be shown to possess classified information that they either allowed to stick around or never got around to transferring to the Pakis, that is dead to rights evidence. Yet nothing seems like it is being done other than to allow these people to lawyer up.

Sessions is the Democrats best friend. That’s why they went Pro Forma during the August recess, they were scared sh$tless that Trump was going to replace him.

Common sense tells me that if Sessions is not pursuing the crimes committed in the Obama administration and Sessions remains the AG, then Sessions is simply following orders from Trump. Can’t be any other way.

Attorney General Thanks Police and Prosecutors

July 30, 2017 - the U.S. Department of Justice has announced that, following the memorandum from Attorney General Sessions to prioritize firearm prosecutions, the number of defendants charged with unlawful possession of a firearm increased nearly 23 percent in the second quarter of 2017 (2,637) from the same time period in 2016 (2,149).

Attorney General Sessions Orders Tougher Drug Crime Prosecutions

Attorney General Jeff Sessions ordered federal prosecutors this week to seek the maximum punishment for drug offenses, in one of the clearest breaks yet from the policies of the Justice Department under the Obama administration.

The move is an abrupt departure from policy made by President Barack Obama’s attorney general, to reduce the number of people convicted of certain lower-level drug crimes being given long jail terms.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions Announces the Department of Justice’s Renewed Commitment to Criminal Immigration Enforcement

Attorney General Jeff Sessions today spoke to Customs and Border Protection personnel at the United States-Mexico border in Nogales, Arizona.

In his remarks, the Attorney General announced that he has issued the attached memo to United States Attorneys that mandates the prioritization of criminal immigration enforcement. The memo directs federal prosecutors to focus on particular offenses that, if aggressively charged and prosecuted, can help prevent and deter illegal immigration.

Additionally, the Attorney General revealed that the Department of Justice will add 50 more immigration judges to the bench this year and 75 next year. He also highlighted the Department’s plan to streamline its hiring of judges, reflecting the dire need to reduce the backlogs in our immigration courts.

Attorney General Sessions Directs Federal Prosecutors to Target Most Significant Violent Offenders

Attorney General Jeff Sessions today directed federal prosecutors nationwide to engage in a focused effort to investigate, prosecute and deter the most violent offenders.

This builds on the announcement last week of the creation of the U.S. Department of Justice Task Force on Crime Reduction and Public Safety, which is central to the Attorney General’s commitment to combatting illegal immigration and violent crime, such as drug trafficking, gang violence and gun crimes, and to restoring public safety to all of the nation’s communities.

“Turning back our nation’s recent rise in violent crime is a top priority for the Department of Justice, and it requires decisive action from our federal prosecutors,” said Attorney General Sessions. “I’m urging each of them to continue working closely with their counterparts at all levels, and to use every tool we have to put violent offenders behind bars and keep our citizens safe.”

I don’t expect to be informed about ongoing investigations. However the fact that Sessions won’t prosecute obvious corruption like that of Lois Lerner creates the apparency thar he os a swamp creature simply protecting the oligarchs and their lackies. It’s up to him to prove otherwise. Arrests of Antifa leaders would be good.
