They need a Trek where Gen Mattis is the captain, and everyone, friend and foe alike, are scared $h1tleSS when he come on the bridge. LOL.
One of my favorite episodes of STNG is where Picard is captured and tortured (I see four lights!) and the Enterprise is commanded by a hard-ass. He tells Troy to get out of her sexy uniform and into something regulation, and to start representing the captain to the crew rather than the crew to the captain. He thinks Commander Riker is some kind of idiot who is afraid to have his own command.
Loved it.
