The GSA is NOT happy about this.
I noticed that, and it was a surprise to me.
I had voiced the opinion on the forum that this was likely an effot by the GSA to co-opt the BSA.
Seems I was wrong about that.
The GSA leadership is hostile to the plan.
My ability to support either org has taken a hit, and the GSA more so IMO.
