It’s not an Apple-issued file. It does not appear on an unmodified Mac nor is it on the Apple System manifest. It does not appear on *any* of my six Macs, “automatically trust system files” checked or unchecked.
You downloaded something from somewhere.

I have no idea of when or where I got it.
All I know is my virus protection software pick it up as "infected" and fixed it .
