Start with that teacher, yes. But, any and all investigations into criminal behavior by teachers must also include the school site admin, the district admin and the teachers’ union reps in that area too.
The behavior of these teachers is not an unknown or surprise to those who either provide them jobs or those who lawfare in support of them keeping their jobs when they behave badly.
The teacher needs to be imprisoned for threatening or implying bodily harm to the President.
Nothing short of that will put A damper on this stuff.
