NORTH Korea could detonate its largest ever nuclear “city-busting” bomb today as it ramps up its fight against the United States.
CIA officials and US generals are extremely concerned the hermit kingdom could set off a bomb, or at least test another missile over the next 24 hours.
They fear Kim Jong-un could choose today as it is is the founding anniversary of North Korea’s ruling Worker’s Party.
On Monday they were highly concerned Kim would choose to bomb the US on that day as it was Columbus Day.
Russian lawmaker Anton Morozov, who returned from Pyongyang last week, warned the despot leader was preparing another launch “in the nearest future”.
He claimed on Friday to have seen calculations showing the missile could hit the US west coast.

During WWII Japan had a plan to send balloon across the ocean and land in the woods of California and then an explosion would go off with the hopes of starting forest fires.

I’ve read about that before. They actually had some success but back then the media was on our side and didn’t report on it. The Japanese just gave up on it. With today’s media it would be very effective.

We can walk it off. It’s only California, and we might pick up electoral college voters. The Norks however, would be wandering nomads in a nuclear wasteland, rapidly dying off for the next two decades.
If one hit Los Angeles, wouldn’t making America stronger be a bad opening move?
They wouldn’t launch. Their best friends in the United States are in the urban areas on our West Coast. That is Obama Country, where the only flaw people see in North Korea is that they don’t go far enough.

The rest of the world doesn’t care enough about the NORKS for WW3.
If they launched and actually hit anything, it would be the end of many an errant regime. The beginning of the American Empire would begin, send a message that if you attack us... we take all your land and never give it back. No more nice guys.
