Back when they had that earthquake, someone posed the pattern was similar to a tunnel collapse. I don’t think there has been a missile launch since. Maybe a “stray” missile hot their supply tunnel to the launch pad.

I think CA should have it’s own truce with North Korea. Jerry Brown should fly to North Korea and Brown could assure the North Koreans that they have his full support. And if war starts, maybe CA could start bringing in thousands of displaced refugees from North Korea.
