As for a cone of silence, I suspect that in the past, yes, there was a cone of silence as Soros and Obama-Hillary were joined at the hip. I guess then that this capability was extended to his operations.

As for the present, all may be changed or maybe not. Surely, Soros people had a backup plan and if not, they had time to scramble between Nov 8 and the present.
