However, with a 10.6/18 in metered market results, last night was not so stellar for NBC and the NFL. In what is a seemingly ever escalating political atmosphere for the ratings battered game, thats a dip of 3% from last weeks SNF Colts vs. the 46-18 winning Seattle Seahawks match-up. That is also a season low for SNF in a season that has been mired in controversy and ratings decline.
The NFL is so “Yesterdays - Newspaper” , who cares?
Of course, the biggest draw would be to have Megyn interview Hillary Clinton about her new book during halftime. That should drive the fans to their TVs!!!!!
Those are some mighty fine ideas! I think Megyn and Hillary should do the play by play ... but that might make me watch (like a bad accident).Too funny!
“The stands are mostly full only because the tickets have already been paid for - the sunken cost effect”
Glad you mentioned that. I was wondering why so many people were in the stands.
Bingo
I gave up on the Panthers and I don't think they had any demonstrators . But practically every one of their opponents have.
I couldn't tell you the matchups or scores from this weekend.
Gotta hit them where it hurts.
If those players came out with flags draped around their shoulders it wouldn't make any difference to me.
They've exposed their ignorant racist attitudes and nothing they can do will deceive me into thinking they've had an attitude adjustment. It's over.
How to ruin a 50 year old brand in one week!
a 50 year habit is hard to break
