However, with a 10.6/18 in metered market results, last night was not so stellar for NBC and the NFL. In what is a seemingly ever escalating political atmosphere for the ratings battered game, that’s a dip of 3% from last week’s SNF Colts vs. the 46-18 winning Seattle Seahawks match-up. That is also a season low for SNF in a season that has been mired in controversy and ratings decline.
The bosses must be very pleased. I mean, The Agenda of Hate America is being promoted beautifully. After enough examples the stupid Deplorables will eventually “Get It,” and change their ways to agree with the Leftist perspective in all things. It’s only a matter of time.
Team owner and network profits are unimportant and irrelevant, The Agenda Uber Alles!!
My neighbor & I would watch most all NFL games. This yr is a total zero. I wonder how many of us are out there.
The NFL was once a proud sports league that delivered a quality product. Now they are in a decline, probably irreversible at this point.
Most of the players hate the United States of America and they hate white people. I mean they really hate them and want to see them dead. Now some of the coaches are sinking into depravity such as that Miami coach that had to resign this morning because he filmed himself snorting lines of cocaine to send to his prostitute. And we have a once proud NFL owner (Jerry Jones) who decided to degrade himself and take a knee against President Trump and America in order to placate his players and supposedly gain some "street cred" with them.
I want to flush the entire damn league down the toilet and be done with them.
I am only watching the Steelers (and not for long if they don’t improve.) Used to watch all the games. Not now.
Interestingly enough, Jerry Jones just said that any players protesting will be sidelined. Looks like they are getting the message

Look I just sit here and laugh. These owners let it happen well their puppet, Goodell, to them. No one to blame but themselves. America is angry about all this social garbage being shoved down our throats. Did they sleep through the Election of 2016? America, its core, is angry. You beat a man, an animal long and hard enough it will jump and attack you when you don’t expect it. When I am tired of being whipped. ESPN and NFL are dead to me. Memo to owners, players, and the NFL: linking arms while standing during the anthem and presentation of the flag is just another way of showing disrespect.
I grew up watching football. It was never a must for me, but I enjoyed knowing it was there and I could tune in. Of course I played sand lot ball, and enjoyed it. I enjoyed running patterns with someone throwing passes for practice.
I liked that the schools I attended had leagues or a home team that we could support, be proud of.
Football was an integral part of what it was like to grow up being an American, for many of us. It was a part of who we were in our spare time.
Now the league has allowed it’s players to “act out” while they are on the field representing the league. The head coaches and their staff seem to support it. The owners do. The league does.
So now something that was almost as much a given as Mom and apple pie, is fading very quickly from our lives.
This has been the goal of Leftists for some time, getting us to adopt Soccer, the “safe game” for “our children”.
I live at elevation over a baseball field a few blocks away. I watch as the grownups drag the little kids out there to teach them soccer.
Gosh, I can’t wait until our nation is just like Europe and South America. /s
Evidently the NFL really does feel that way, so much so they are going to take an enterprise worth many billions of dollars, and turn it into nothing of value.
It will bottom out then people will trickle back. I won’t.
