Winds at a higher altitude.
Your link showed surface winds. The other one, winds at 700hPA pressure level.
This “altitude” can be changed easily by selecting “earth” and then a “Height” value.
Hitting “earth” again closes the menu.
It’s a powerful source of analog/graphical visualization of tones of data.
