My eye doctor says the best thing ANYONE can do for their eyes is to wear sunglasses when outdoors. Year-round! It really helps if you have Glaucoma or Mac-Degen or Cataracts in your family; which, we do!
I try, but I’m not always 100% about it; Melania has strengthened by resolve! I’m good about it when driving; seems I’m ALWAYS traveling East or West.
You’d think the ‘Sunglasses Lobby’ would be RUNNING with this opportunity! ;)
