Thank you for that JT1630. I love weinerschnitzel, had the best ever when I went to Europe. Then I saw a photo in a magazine of a poor little calf, chained, in the dark to make them anemic so their meat will be white.

I'll check out if there are more humane growers and sellers now; that is good news that there are any.
