I’ve got one of those Tens things - I liked it so much at the Chiropractor, and was very pleased when they became available for household use. I was kind of amazed that I could buy a cheap one at the drugstore, and that it was almost as good as the treatment I received in the Doc’s office!

Liz, I read your posts with kind of envy actually. You are not afraid to go where few have gone before lol. I just wanted to say I appreciate your posts and everybody's actually even if I don't comment specifically on them.

Yesterday my daughter picked up 2 of these for $5 each at our local Walmart. We will have to assemble them but I'm hoping it will work as i have missed grilled foods. Ordering online costs more and amazon a lot more.

And today's recipe haul is the following, think I'll get a new crock pot, too. That nutmeg looks sloppy and like it was sprinkled on after it was done.
