Damn!

I heard about an upcoming concert in Key Arena back about 1981, so I got a ticket and went. It was Tom Petty...

he played hit after hit after hit, like an hour and a half of really, really good tunes... plus a bunch of stuff I didn’t even hear before then!

Amazing!

RIP, to one of the greatest rockers ever!

I saw their show a month ago. Played 2.5 hours of great tunes, and I could easily think of a dozen bona fide hits he didn’t get to. An amazing body of work, and unlike most he never stopped writing great new songs. More importanly he always remained a good humble guy. Never heard of anyone who knew him that had a bad word to say.
