I just finished a big bowl of Pinto Beans, cooked in my pressure Cooker with a meaty ham hock and flavored with a generous amount of Hatch Green Chili's.

In Colorado there is a place who has a statement on the restaurant wall saying, “Happiness is a warm bowl of beans.” They mean just what I fixed.

When I was growing up, pinto beans and cornbread was a staple. I still love it today, but make do with Ranch Style Beans with sliced jalapenos.
