I don’t think killing the dear is the issue. I think firing a weapon in a residential neighborhood is the issue.

Oh sure. No doubt CBS would be covering this story if someone just shot an arrow in a neighborhood. Somewhere Darwin is laughing.

I'm not sure, but I think that it is incorrect to refer to "firing" in the context of archery.
