how much sex does a proper couple have?”
One of these days the government will tell us. Obama just didnt get around to it.
I can see a conflict that would arise between freedom of sex and sexual liberty.
Freedom of sex would prevent the Congress from making any laws establishing sexual performance. But sexual liberty would mandate being able to force someone’s sexual performance onto unwilling others.
It’s a dilemma.
