What say you now, Roger Goodell, Team Owners & Players? If you folks have any brains at all, you will all go public ordering and instructing all of your employees, the football players, that they will immediately stand with their right hands covering their heart,s "no locking of arms while standing", as the American flag is displayed and the National Anthem, "The Star Spangled Banner" before game time.
And, Roger Goodell and all thirty team owners and all players will publicly and verbally apologize to all the American people, and most importantly with humble, dignified, manner, apologize to POTUS, Donald J. Trump, for their uncalled for, hateful disregard for the American flag, The National Anthem, The American Military, The American people and the Nation itself.
Anything less will not be accepted. You all opened your foul, lie telling, mouths, before you engaged your brains, now you must fall on your own swords or forever be hated by the overwhelming majority of American citizens. Your choice football player deadbeats!!!
I am woke! Nothing will get me back. They should also address the obvious black privilege in the NFL and NCAA. Guys like Jordy Nelson weren’t allowed to play until everyone on the bench got hurt. Had to be walkons in college. No invites, no help whatsoever. Zach Zenner...breaks the all time college record with 3 straight 2,000 yard sessons rushing...not even drafted. Leads the NFL preaseason in rushing yards after the Lions pick him off the scrap heap....end of the bench! Has a great playoff game after the rest of the backs got hurt. Now he doesn’t even dress for games! NFL has story after story of these guys.
My list of deliverables before I consider watching NFL football:
1. Apology from Roger Goodell
2. Goodell’s resignation (or donation of entire salary to veteran’s organization for as long as he holds position)
3. Mandatory civics lessons for all players
4. Rules requiring respect for flag and national anthem toughened and strictly enforced
5. No politicking on field by players or coaches. That includes support for BLM, locking arms and calls for “Unity”
6. Replace Joe Lockhart with nonpartisan spokesman
Maybe he can now buy a couple at 10 cents on the dollar.
Speaking of which, Adrian Peterson is a child beater.

Bingo on Smith. The media and fans are totally missing the boat on him. He, not Kapernick, is most responsible.
People keep saying the owners should have shut down Kaepernick at the start. But they couldn’t. Smith was advising him to stay down. He is a defacto community organizer.
I remember reading about Smith on ESPN back in 2009 when he took over for Gene Upshaw. I had no idea who he was, but then in the middle of the report it said he had ties to Obama and Holder (as if it was a good thing). I just shook my head and knew this was the end.
Fire Goodell and put in Condi Rice as commissioner.
If owners were smart, they would do this. but they are not that smart.
Also, won’t start negotiating with players on next bargaining agreement until players fire their lead negotiater, Maurice Smith... I believe he is guy behind these protests an Obama guy.

I agree with you, across the board. And....the NFL African-Americans “racists” are standing alone, naked and dripping, with hate for all Americans to see and hear.
Most politicians, except for the Crazy Woman, Hillary Clinton, and “Insane racist hater, Maxine Waters and, Congressional Black Caucus nutcases, will not touch this losing issue with a ten foot pole.
Hispanics and other minorities want nothing to do with these moron buffoons of the NFL, the NBA & the MLB.
Not much common sense or intelligent brain power resides in the NFL, NBA & MLB. From the Commissioner, Roger Goodell down to every player....these fools are far from the sharpest knives in the drawer!!! Americans...all, broom them all into the acid cesspool where they rightfully belong!!!
