These NFL shove-in-your-face protests are getting out of hand and quite childish just to prove their point. Personally, I think most NFL players are doing this just because it's "cool" and a photo-op, ooh how trendy. Just when you think it couldn't get worse, along comes Terry Bradshaw shoving his opinion on the matter in support of their protest, and that's the straw that broke the camel's back for me to watch NFL anymore. I thought the point of NFL commentators wasn't to express their own political beliefs! It must be nice knowing NFL players and sports commentators get paid millions while enforcing their views, heck if I had an opinion at the job that I'm working at then I'd be fired for not following protocol. It is nice however that we have the right to tune them out, a la protest their "views" and not attend their games or buy their merchandise.
The reason for this post is I'm trying to find a link, set of links, or pictures to see how many people showed up to today's NFL games in protest to certain NFL players acting the way they are. If last week's 49ers game wasn't enough for proof that people are tuning them out and not attending their games, then I'm curious how many more empty stadiums will there be in the weeks to come after today's embarrassment in the world of sports.
He’s telling it like it is, and people hate it because he’s right. The intellect of today’s society is absurd and it takes months if not years down the line for them to see the reality of it.
He’s practically saying if you stick your hand in the fire, you’re gonna get burned, but apparently a lot of people like to just keep their hand in the fire till they can’t take it anymore. Dumb.
Maybe it is because they are ex cons or felons.. They don’t want to be shot by police. What I say is if you don’t want to be shot by police then do as they order.. If they say freeze then freeze. If they say get down on your belly then do it. Don’t argue with them, don’t fight with them and don’t make any sudden moves..
Each and every owner, player and coach should be forced to watch this until everyone of them comes to an understanding of what it means.
STAR SPANGLED BANNER - AS YOU’VE NEVER HEARD IT BEFORE

Until they understand our FLAG’s significance they will ‘never get it’
Surprised that Bradshaw wasn’t smart enough to at least be neutral or sort of don’t ask, don’t tell. Maybe it’s the TCE....
http://www.espn.com/nfl/attendance
I ran a quick Excel sheet - looked at 2014 vs 2016 (not enough data in 2017). Looks like attendance down overall by 2% over that time period.
Have any Green Bay players protested?
What I would do is when the announcer says please stand for the National Anthem, I would wait 15 seconds to allow the rich naggers to kneel. I would then play the national anthem of Cuba or North Korea or Venezuela or Kenya. Then after the naggers are so confused I would announce they just kneeled in opposition to ... Then I would play the USA National Anthem.
Except they didn't kneel. They were too chicken shit for that. They hid in their locker room like scared toddlers as the National Anthem played. They can all drop dead.
Except for the one Steeler who came out and showed respect to our anthem and flag.
God bless that man!
Found this from a facebook post on the New York Post page, very excellent response:
“They found Tebow praying offensive, they didn’t allow players to wear a decal honoring the slain Dallas officers. They didn’t allow players to wear 9/11 cleats in honor of the victims but they allow this. Let that sink in.”
The problem is, what is their point? It's the Democrats who run the cities where blacks are being gunned down, and they're protesting against President Trump and everyone but the Democrats.
No, the Chiefs fill their stadium, There are no empty seats.
Locked arms mean “solidarity” with the kneelers, or as I see it, those too cowardly to commit to whichever cause they supposedly espouse, so (like “moderates”) they pretend they can have it both ways. Which is actually worse than the kneelers themselves IMO.
Haha!
Alright, dude. Reel it back a bit. Slighting off-spelling words isnt doing us any favors.
Remember those are NFL attendance figures. Actual warm bodies in the stands is different than their attendance figures which are basically “tickets sold” stats. Lots of those are empty seats owned by agencies, corporations and scalpers/brokers.
And the fact that so few of these admittedly great athletes have any military service just screams for a leftist answer from them.
Alejandro Villanueva was the lone Steelers player to come out during the national anthem. I believe that he was Army Ranger.
