Contracts between the FCC and networks? I’ve never heard of any such thing.
The FCC oversees the bandwidth and use of various parts the usable communication spectrum, prevents signal conflicts between users and not much more. The FCC issues licenses to users, but makes no contracts, AFAIK.
Profits and losses of the licensees are none of the FCC’s business, nor are those included in their charter.
LIke my cable bill isn’t high enough already.
It’s not Constitutional for presidents to redirect money appropriated for one purpose/agency to another. Some have tried, gotten slapped down by SCOTUS.
What contracts with the FCC? There are no such things.
