“So beets, saffron, and pumpkin didn’t work out?”
I saw a DOG FOOD commercial the other day and the dog was voiced over, saying how much he LOVED the chicken in his kibble, but what REALLY sent him over the Moon were the blueberries and pumpkin and spinach bits!
I’ve NEVER seen my dogs go out to the garden and eat ANY of those fruits or veggies, and they ARE readily available to them.
They do, however, eat and/or roll in, any roadkill they find, LOL!
(P.S. This post does NOT advocate for CHILDREN to eat Roadkill. Unless they’ve grown up on it...like I did.)
My dogs LOVE sweet potatoes.
The year I planted sweet potato cuttings they ate them all, out of the ground, like heathen savages.
