I must have been prescient or something because when this crap started back in high school I chose to mock them. I’ve been doing it ever since.
1. Race: N/A or none. Drives them crazy not to use one of their pre-designations.
2. Emergency contact: My bank. They’ll probably know when I kick off before I do.
3. Sex: Not as much as I’d like.

Several of us could maybe help on #3. Notice I wrote "maybe."
I used to fill out the forms with a lot of N/A or just cross out entire sections which did not pertain to me. The “health provider” would then corect my N/As with whatever they chose. This annoyed me so I started filling out the forms with purple or green colored pens just so it would show who wrote what.
