Do you live near an army base? With the way Obambi cost the Military, I am not sure there are any Army bases left on the West Coast, much less any in California.

We have an air force base and an army base where I live. Comcast has set up a system to put TV messages out to all the homes in the army base which informs troops of rapid response deployments.
