What was Scout doing that day? Standing there disoriented, having a mental breakdown Proof once again that this non-binary, non-sexual "revolution" is a serious mental illness. But if what the police say about refusing to obey a direct order can be proven, I'd just chalk it up to "suicide by police" and get back to the day.

He demanded to be shot and it happened. Suicide by cop, nothing new.
Again the general public is under the impression that the police are obligated to use less lethal weapons against lethal threats. This is absolutely untrue.
They are obligated to use the appropriate, reasonable response which when faced with a knife, is a firearm.
