Funny how that works out!

Lot of things that you do ONCE are never done again IF one is in the right environment.

I used to copy Morse Code and it would lull me into a 'comatose state'.

Could also hear 'music' while copying.

I have been know to say::

"I don't go crazy , i am crazy , i just go normal from time to time"

Not only copied code 'well' but also volunteered for subs.

I used to say I was sane and had the paper to prove it but as I got older I realized those tests to see if you were able to sink yourself in a steel tube, swim 20 miles with 50 pounds on your back, or jump out of perfectly sound aircraft were administered to see if one was CRAZY enough to do it.
